Professor Mike von Massow Food Waste Pilot Project Featured in the Guelph Daily Mercury
A joint University of Guelph and City of Guelph research study on food waste behaviour began this Monday and runs for two weeks. Research teams will visit 300 randomly selected Guelph homes to weigh organic, recyclable and garbage bags. After, the homeowners will be invited to take place in a survey.
