HTM U of G Certifies Students in Hospitality Analytics

On Tuesday, the University of Guelph's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management became the first hospitality program in Canada to certify students in hospitality analytics. The CHIA designation was created by STR (Smith Travel & Research) in conjunction with AH&LA (the American Hotel & Lodging Association). The certification is intended to designate students who are preparing for careers in hospitality consulting and analyzing big data. Such positions available post-graduation include revenue management, PKF-type consulting, brand development, procurement, and many more!
