"The vision for the Gordon S. Lang School of Business compels us to recognize the incredible potential of business to make a positive impact. With corporations wielding revenues that surpass many countries’ gross domestic product (GDPs), business is uniquely positioned to shape a more sustainable and awe-inspiring future. I am honoured to serve in the capacity of Associate Dean Academic, working alongside others to inspire our students to see beyond profits and focus on sustainable and world-changing initiatives. By doing this, Lang will set the standard for what it means to use business as a force for good®,” said Dr. Rodenburg.

She has also developed a pipeline through MGMT*3030: Leadership, Communication and Project Management, for upper-year students to TA MGMT*1000. Through these courses, Lang has brought in nearly 100 senior-level executives, broadening the awareness of our transformative programs and the experiential learning opportunities we offer our students.
She has an impressive publication record, with research focused on ethical decision-making, advances in pedagogy and responsible business research assessment. Her service commitments focus on enhancing the student experience. In addition to her years of experience in Academia, Dr. Rodenburg has many years of industry experience where she held various senior leadership roles.
With a robust academic background and extensive leadership experience in both the academic and corporate sectors, she is excited about both the opportunity to tackle challenges faced within higher education and to contribute and help shape Lang’s priorities within the context of our vision and foundational pillars to inspire and cultivate business as a force for good®.
