October 15: Department of Business presenting at Inter-University Seminar on Armed Forces and Society
Faculty and a PhD student from the Department of Business are presenting at the 50th annual Inter-University Seminar on Armed Forces and Society on Saturday, Oct. 16 in Toronto.
Colin Magee, a PhD student in CME specializing in leadership studies, will be chairing several sessions and co-presenting two papers. Dr. Michael Cox and Dr. James Warn will present a paper entitled Leadership, Wicked Problems and Sense Making in Complex Crisis Contexts. Colin Magee and Dr. Michael Cox will present Collaborative Leadership and Coalition Building in Civil Military Contexts and Dr. Erna van Duren, Dr. Rumina Dhalla and Colin Magee will present Undiscovered Country — Leadership Perspectives on the Role of CSR in Counterinsurgency and Complex Contexts.
The conference runs until Oct. 17 at the Toronto Delta Chelsea.
