Deep Dish Dialogues: Bread and Gluten Science

  • 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. EDT

OAC prof Dr. Iris Joye, a cereal scientist will explain how various flours impact taste, texture and appearance of bread. She will be joined by Chef Matthew James Duffy who will share his bread baking tips.
