Partner with the University of Guelph to leverage our international expertise, deepen your global reach, and create meaningful learning and research opportunities for our students, faculty, and staff.

We invite any potential international partners and faculty interested in formalizing existing relationships to complete the Partnership Proposal Form and reach out to our office.

How to Become a Global Partner

1. Interest Exploration
   • Your Partnership Proposal is submitted for consideration
   • The Office of International Strategy and Partnerships (OISP) reviews and assesses your request
2. Internal Assessment
   • OISP makes introductions and works with you to determine strategy and identify which academic area aligns with your goals
3. Agreement Is Negotiated/Drafted
   • OISP drafts MoUs and agreements and helps organize signatures or plan potential signing events
4. Partnership is Formalized
   • Our academic unit will proceed with your agreed partnership activities
5. Monitoring and Reporting
   • OISP will record, store, and track all your agreements for the duration of the partnership
