In order to be eligible to apply for or receive funding from a U.S. Public Health Service Agency (“PHS Awarding Agency”) the University of Guelph and its researchers must comply with U.S. PHS financial conflict of interest (FCOI) regulations.  Researchers must complete a Significant Financial Interest Disclosure Form at the time of application and annually thereafter if funding is awarded.  Researchers must also complete the PHS FCOI online training tutorial prior to engaging in PHS-Funded research.
