Souhaila Sarkis

Souhaila is a registered landscape architect practicing in Ontario and a competitive show jumping rider for over twenty years. Her dedication to horses steered her to specialize in equestrian facility design, starting her own landscape architectural business in France after she graduated in 1998. Today, her practice is based in Guelph, Ontario where she develops equestrian facilities throughout Canada and abroad. Her company, Sarkis Equine Design provides an all-green approach to custom horse facility design.  What makes her really notable though is her patience as a mentor for young landscape architects, selflessly teaching and perfecting skills, while sharing her passion for design and for horses.
