Academic Advising - assists students with understanding academic and program requirements/regulations as well as the development and pursuit of academic objectives.
Academic Support Services - are available to undergraduate students on a course by course basis as well as through learning skill development programs.
Counselling Services (Vaccarino Centre for Student Wellness in the J.T. Powell Building) - the Counselling Unit of Student Wellness Services provides students with group and individual counselling to assist with personal, couple, or family relationship issues.
Learning Commons (McLaughlin Library) - offers workshops, study groups, print and web resources, and individual assistance on a range of topics. These may include multiple choice exams, time management, concentration, academic reading, managing procrastination and academic writing and referencing.
Stress Management - programs that assist students in acquiring strategies to deal with stress in order to minimize its negative effects on their academic pursuits (and their lives in general).
Student Accessibility Services (Vaccarino Centre for Student Wellness in the J.T. Powell Building) - provides support services to students with learning disabilities, attention-deficit disorders, vision, hearing, medical, psychological and physical disabilities.
Wellness Education Centre, The (Vaccarino Centre for Student Wellness in the J.T. Powell Building) - assists students with concerns about stress management, sexuality, alcohol problems, and issues around eating and nutrition.
