Details

As part of the Wellness@Work initiative, Athletics is offering FREE Staff Only classes for two weeks in January. 

From January 15th-19th and January 22nd-26th, you're invited to participate in the following fitness classes from 12:10-12:50pm: 

  • Mondays- Desk Jockey Yoga
  • Tuesdays- TRX Hardcore 
  • Thursdays- Body Blast
