Front line staff members are normally the first contact for clients and/or visitors. Learn how difficult situations can be dealt with effectively while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Participants will gain confidence and knowledge of safety and security within the work place.
Please bring a pen and notebook with you to this workshop. Come prepared for in class training.
This program is for all front line staff members dealing with staff, students, visitors.
