Join us as we explore understanding the COVID-19 pandemic as a societal collective trauma and how we adjust to the new normal. The term collective trauma refers to "psychological reactions to a traumatic event that affect[s] an entire society."
Learning Objectives:
- Understanding what is collective trauma.
- Learning about the "window of tolerance" and identifying our own window of tolerance.
- Increase self-awareness to anxiety reducing behaviours.
- Exploring how to reduce our own health anxiety.
