World Gratitude Day - Gryph Gratitude Exhibit

Take your break and share what you are grateful for in our U of G community at our Gryph Gratitude Exhibit on World Gratitude Day. Visit us in the UC Courtyard from 10 am - 3pm on September 21st. 

GREAT at U of G invites you to savour positive experiences and reflect on what you are grateful for within our U of G community. Check out and contribute to our Gratitude is an Attitude Kudoboard. Your contributions will form the basis on our Gryph Gratitude Exhibit on World Gratitude Day.

Gratitude is about affirming good things in the world and understanding that positive things in our lives are frequently due to forces outside of ourselves and are often attributed to the efforts of other people. Focus on what we are personally grateful for can “deepen our connections to others and to the work that is meaningful to us.”
