Looking to start a new fitness or wellness journey? Did you know that all staff/faculty on campus have access to a subsidized rate to use the on-campus facilities?
Join the Your Campus Athletics & Recreation Series to discover how Athletics & Recreation can contribute to your wellness. The final class in this three-part series is Barre Burn! This effective workout is a balance of muscle sculpting, cardio training, core conditioning & stretching. You will be guided through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening & toning your whole body.
