About your facilitator

As a Registered Clinical Herbalist (RH) with the Ontario Herbalists Association (OHA) and the founder of Elemental Notes Inc., Nairobi Vision, RH brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the holistic health sector. In 2015, Nairobi was in a car accident that changed her life, leaving her unable to work her corporate desk job. She found conventional medicine wasn't working for her. As a result, she turned to holistic approaches for her recovery, leading to the restoration of her health & wellbeing. Nairobi's journey sparked a desire in her to share the power of plant remedies with the community, offering a wide range of natural health solutions, mental wellness, and holistic education to support the sectors of the community in optimizing their health. Some of her knowledge base draws from spagyric formulations and plant knowledge referenced from the Afro-Caribbean diaspora, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Western medicine.
