Description:
Prioritizing your mental health is essential for overall well-being. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the mental health of Canadians has been profoundly affected, with marked increases in anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (Statistics Canada, 2024). Furthermore, the pressures of modern life continue to add stress, leaving many unsure of where to seek support. The Maplewoods Centre for Family Therapy and Child Psychology, located on the University of Guelph campus, provides a range of therapy services for children, teens, and adults—offering individual, couple, and family therapy.
If you or someone you know could benefit from talking to someone, we invite you to join us on October 10, World Mental Health Day, for an informational session about the services available at the Maplewoods Centre.
