Does it take a long time to fall asleep or to sleep? Is your mind racing in bed?   Join us to learn what sleep researchers recommend as the most effective drug-free strategies to get better, restful sleep.  Research shows that the use of sleeping pills changes your sleep structure and can generate insomnia.
This session includes information on the: 

  •  The three key strategies for decreasing insomnia
  •  What robs us of energizing sleep 
  •  How to fall asleep or back to sleep more easily

About the Facilitator: 

Kathy Somers runs the Stress Management and High Performance Clinic in Guelph, Ontario, providing self-regulation skills training to adults in university, health care, business and community settings.  She is a registered Kinesiologist who is board-certified in biofeedback (Biofeedback Certification International Alliance) and certified in Stress Management Education.
