About your Facilitator
Shirley Le is a fourth-year U of G Applied Human Nutrition student who designs and facilitates this workshop as part of her NUTR*4850 placement with Wellness@Work. Passionate about nutrition communication and education, she loves making nutrition practical, approachable, and engaging. Her goal is to help others build a positive, balanced relationship with food through simple, mindful habits.
