Take this unique opportunity to discuss your personal health questions with Heidi Smith, Registered Dietitian and mindfulness facilitator. Heidi has been consulting with individuals and organizations for over 25 years. Tap into her expertise on mindful eating, sport nutrition, emotional eating, menopause nutrition, anti-inflammatory eating or any question relating to your personal nutrition needs. Heidi can help you get the exploration started and point you in the direction of reputable sources of nutrition information.
Some common questions might be:
- Why am I so tired, could my eating patterns help boost energy?
- What should I eat before exercise? How can I speed recovery from workouts?
- What foods might help my digestion so I’m more regular and less bloated?
- Why do I get sugar cravings after I eat a meal or later in the day?
- How can I break the cycle of overeating in the evening?
- How can I make mealtimes more enjoyable if my child is a picky eater?
Registration
Book your own 20-minute consultation using the secure Jane App platform. Sessions can be completed virtually or over the phone during the workday. Your information will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPPA guidelines and nothing will be shared with your employer. You’ll have the option to bring a food journal to discuss a typical day of your eating. Register early as there are 18 spots available.
