Experience Mindfulness Through Dot Painting - We offer accessible, beginner-friendly dot painting workshops designed to support participants wellness through creative mindfulness. In just one hour, participants are guided step by step through the calming, repetitive process of dot painting—an engaging practice that promotes focus, stress relief, and relaxation. This hands-on session provides a peaceful break from day to day activities while encouraging self-expression and presence in the moment. No experience is needed, all materials are provided, and each participant leaves with a unique piece of art they’ve created—a lasting reminder of the power of slowing down.
