Imposter syndrome is a false and sometimes crippling belief that one's successes are the product of luck or fraud rather than skill. People who experience imposter syndrome may feel like a fake, feel that everything is down to luck or feel undeserving of their accomplishments.
Join this workshop to increase self-awareness of imposter syndrome and identify proactive strategies to enhance wellness.
