This program will identify key areas to support wellbeing and resilience during intensely stressful times. The program will focus on the role of strengths, emotions and mindfulness to reduce stress, build vitality and enhance wellbeing.

This 3 part session will run on January 25, February 1, and February 8, 1-2pm . You will automatically be enrolled in all sessions when you register for part 1.
