On January 26th, 2022 from 2:30pm-4:00pm , help break down stigma and join the virtual mental-well-being conversation during Bell, Let’s Talk Day. Faculty, staff and graduate student employees are invited and encouraged to attend a virtual keynote talk featuring Mary Ann Baynton, MSW.

We’re all in this together. Go for walks. Build resilience. Look on the bright side. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we did all that. It’s been almost 2 years of this and we’re getting tired of it. Let’s be honest about what we’re experiencing and what we can do about it now. For a different take on psychological safety and on preventing or recovering from pandemic fatigue, join us for this session.

About Mary Ann Baynton, MSW
Mary Ann’s areas of expertise include workplace mental health, psychological safety, resolving conflict, and building resilience. She served as co-chair of the Technical Committee for the National Standard of Canada on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, is a member of the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s Workforce Advisory Committee, and a member of the Employment Standards Committee for the AODA.
