Grab your skates and head down to the Gryphon Centre Arena for a recreational skate and snacks. Skating is a great way to take a break in the day. Hosted by Athletics & Recreation for staff and faculty to attend as part of Wellness @ Work. Helmets recommended. No skate rentals are available.
