HeART Hug: A Virtual, Creative Workshop on Self-Kindness
Date and Time
Location
Microsoft Teams. The link will be shared closer to the event with registrants.
Details
Inspired by World Kindness on November 13th, join us for this creative workshop where we will mindfully practice kindness towards ourselves through artmaking. Please know that absolutely no artmaking experience is required, and you can participate with simple art materials available around your home.
To create a sense of connection through this virtual workshop, participants are invited to participate with their camera on, and there will be time for optional sharing towards the end of the workshop, though sharing is certainly not required.
