Cardio Kickbox Fitness Class (Free)

Join your colleagues in a hi-low, floor based cardio workout.

When you show-up at Athletics, front-desk staff will direct you to change rooms and the location of the class.  

To attend this class, you must be a staff or faculty member of the University of Guelph.  You do not have to be a member of the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre.
