Possible Canada Post strike and Purolator shipping delays

To our valued clients,

Due to the possibility of a Canada Post strike Purolator is currently advising that they cannot guarantee express/next day delivery.   We are recommending that until the Canada Post issue is resolved, non-urgent cases be shipped Monday-Wednesday to avoid the possibility of specimens being held up over the weekend.   Weather is also a factor, and with the increased temperatures this week we are advising that you include extra ice packs to avoid any over-heating/spoiling of specimens. 

Please note your tracking numbers prior to shipping so that you can follow your package to ensure delivery has taken place, and advise us of any issues.
