This test routinely applies only to clinically significant multidrug resistant Staphylococcus pseudintermedius recovered from samples submitted for culture and susceptibility testing to the AHL. We do not perform susceptibility testing on the unknown isolates directly submitted to the laboratory. See AHL LabNote 64*.
