Submission of excess mortality and suspicious reactors to the AHL is required by CFIA registered poultry and gamebird/waterfowl breeder flocks located in Ontario for compliance with the Ontario Hatchery and Supply Flock Policy (OHSFP) http://www.omafra.gov.on.ca/english/food/inspection/ahw/onthatch-index.htm Bacterial culture charges also will apply (see Hatchery, reactor/excess mortality - Salmonella culture).
