Collect blood in appropriate vacutainer tube. Centrifuge to separate serum from the clot. Transfer serum into leakproof tube. Refrigerate sample until shipment. Separated serum that has been stored <=10 C, may be tested up to 1 mo post-collection.Additional Information
This test is sent to an external laboratory. The six serovars included in this panel include: Pomona, Grippotyphosa, Hardjo, Canicola, Icterohemorrhagiae, Autumnalis and Bratislava.
