Dean, College of Arts Review Committee

Dear COA faculty, staff and students,

As you are aware we are commencing a review of the Dean of the College of Arts and in the process of constituting a Review Committee. We had requested faculty nominations to be elected to this committee.

On behalf of the Provost, we are pleased to announce that the three acclaimed faculty seats on this Review Committee will be held by:

Kimberly Francis, Professor, School of Fine Art & Music
Margot Irvine, Director and Associate Professor, School of Languages and Literature
Linda Mahood, Professor, Department of History

In addition, the Provost has appointed the following individuals to the Review Committee:

Chris Lee, Manager, Information Technology Shared Services – COA staff member
Glynis MacLeod, School of English and Theatre Studies – COA graduate student
Richard Zytner, Interim Dean, College of Engineering & Physical Sciences
Stephen Kosempel, Associate Professor and Chair, Department of Economics and Finance, LANG
Laurie Arnott, Assistant Vice-President (FASR) - Non-voting Ex-officio member  

The committee seeks feedback on Dr. Brennan’s first term as Dean and invites written comments as part of this review.
