You’re invited to join us virtually on Tuesday, May 31 at 7:30 p.m. ET for the launch of our new cookbook themed digital exhibit “Healthy, Happy, and Wholesome: Cooking and Wellness in Canadian History” in partnership with the Culinary Historians of Canada.  

From the global pandemic to activist protests such as #BLM, climate change, workers rights, and the uncovering of unmarked graves at former residential schools across Canada, the events of the past 18+ months have shown an urgent need and desire for new modes of life.

Fully student run, with support from the faculty. About:  Amelia Taunton is trying to publish her work in the 1890s and meets Serena Whitlock, an agent who can help her achieve her dream. Ambition and sexuality collide as they navigate their work and their relationship to each other.
