Catharine Wilson and Catherine Carstairs' new monographs nominated: CHA Best Scholarly Book in Canadian History

Our hearty congratulations to both Catherine Carstairs and Cathy Wilson. Their recent books, The Smile Gap: A History of Oral Health and Social Inequality and Being Neighbours: Cooperative Work and Rural Culture, 1830 – 1960, both published by McGill-Queens University Press, have both been shortlisted for the Canadian Historical Association's prize for best scholarly book in Canadian History! 

Our Tri-U colleague Lianne Leddy was also shortlisted. Between them, Tri-U History faculty make up 60% of the shortlist!
