 Research based and context-specific, the installations of Vancouver artist Geoffrey Farmer involve a chaotic but vividly imagined post-minimal theatricality.

 Selected solo exhibitions include: Project Arts Centre, Dublin; Casey Kaplan, New York; Catriona Jeffries, Vancouver; Walter Phillips Gallery, Banff; Museo Experimental El Eco, Mexico City; Witte de With, Rotterdam; and Musée d'art contemporain de Montréal.  A major retrospective of his artwork is planned at the Vancouver Art Gallery for 2014.
