Philopolis Guelph, October 17-19 [independent event]

The 2014 Guelph Philopolis festival is a weekend full of activities where the community can come together to discuss social issues, where everyone gets a say in figuring out how together we can change and strengthen our communities. We're looking for volunteers to lead discussion. What are the big concerns facing our community? What are some promising solutions? We all have important things to say here!
