SOFAM MFA Tiziana La Melia Wins Art Prize

Congratulations to SOFAM MFA Grad Tiziana La Melia, who is the winner of this year's RBC Canadian Painting Competition. Established in 1999, the RBC Canadian Painting Competition, with the support of the Canadian Art Foundation, is a unique initiative to help nurture and support promising new artists in the early stages of their careers.

Works by the winner, honourable mentions and finalists will be on view at the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal until October 8. From October 24 to 27, they will also be on view at Art Toronto, Canada’s largest contemporary and modern art fair.
