Reporting an Invention
From disclosure to product, our Technology Transfer team can explain how the commercialization process works. The first step is to let us know about your research results! We encourage you to connect with us before submitting a Report of Invention form for any research that you believe has the potential to solve significant problems or offer considerable value.

Skills for Research Impact
Skills for Research Impact is a workshop series, typically offered in fall and winter semesters, for faculty, research staff and graduate students interested in enhancing the impact of their research. Through sessions facilitated by impact experts, participants will learn how to successfully plan, execute and evaluate knowledge mobilization (or knowledge translation and transfer) activities. Sessions cover topics key to effective research communications and engagement of non-academic audiences, including policy, industry and community stakeholders.

Material Transfer and Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs)
The secure exchange of materials and information is crucial. Our Material Transfer Agreements endure the responsible use and transfer of proprietary materials, such as genetic material and cell lines, while our Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs) protect the exchange of sensitive information.
