Monitoring & Evaluation are key to program planning and management. According to the needs and interests of participants, the session could provide participants with:
- An overview of various participatory M&E tools being used in development
- Opportunity to practice a select process or several simple tools according to the interest of the participants. Including but not limited to:
- 10 seeds
- Seasonal calendar
- Force field analysis/River of Life
- Plus, Minus, Interesting
- 6 hat thinking
- Monitoring map
- Spider diagram
- Chapati diagram

Twelve years working in International Development specializing in Program & Project planning, monitoring & evaluation as well as knowledge management and organizational change. Sectors of experience include education, health & nutrition, HIV&AIDS, water, sanitation & hygiene, food security,/livelihoods, economic development, child protection, emergency relief, infrastructure development, and community capacity development. Experience working in countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.
