At United Way we believe better is possible. Our purpose is creating lasting positive change. We are uniquely able to focus and unite people and resources to improve lives and build community, by creating support, connection, and opportunity. We believe our community and the people in it matter and know that we can help each other live better lives.

Every year we start at zero. The 2023 Campaign raised $2.5 million, thanks to our partners like the University of Guelph;  but our work doesn’t stop there when our community deserves better. We are working on solutions to big problems and have the vision to solve them. Every contribution or action, no matter the size makes a difference and fuels community change. Together, we will champion a shared responsibility for social good and help all who live in Guelph, Wellington and Dufferin not only recover but thrive.

New this Year: Any employee payroll deductions or retiree and employee monthly credit card pledges made in 2023 will automatically renew until otherwise stated. Thus, if you donated through a payroll deduction or a monthly credit card gift last year, your donation will automatically renew this year. You can review what your 2023 total pledge was by checking your e-pledge page.
