Join the March Meditation Challenge! 

People who practice meditation or mindfulness claim that they experience an increase in concentration, compassion, well-being, and a decrease in stress.    Meditation is also said to improve your memory and ability to focus.    All these benefits for just 5-10 minutes a day!  Folks who participate in longer term meditation have reduced pain, anxiety, and improved general mood. 

The March Meditation Challenge challenges participants to meditate for 5 – 15 minutes every day in the month of March and track on a special tracking sheet, share their experiences with the group, and post tips, tricks and favourite meditation resources.  

Join the March Meditation group on Teams 

To Join: In Microsoft Teams at the bottom of left hand side of the page you will see "Click here". At the top of the page you will see a “Search or type command” bar. Type in “March Meditation Challenge” You must type in that phrase exactly. The team will then appear in the left hand column. Click it and you are in!

If you prefer to, you can also simply download the calendar to help track your progress. 

Also, please attend March Meditation Speaker and Class on March 1, 2019 from 1 pm to 1:30 pm.

Location: Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre, Room 302 (meet in the lobby at the G-bench no later than 12:55 pm to be guided to Room 302).
