New Fee schedule and website access 2022
May 1 is the beginning of AHL's new fiscal year. Submissions logged on or after May 1 will reflect to new pricing. Current clients should have received a hard copy of the 2022 AHL Fees schedule / User guide in the mail, if not please contact ahlinfo@uoguelph.ca to request. Our online fee schedule is always up to date and available. A unique username and password is required to login to the AHL website. Registered veterinarians, technicians and researchers are welcome to register here.

University is Closed but AHL is OPEN
Dear AHL clients,
University of Guelph is CLOSED today, February 18th, 2022, due to severe weather. AHL is open, however delays in reporting of test results may be expected as AHL has only a limited number of essential staff on site to deal with urgent and time-sensitive testing.

Specimen reception will be open 9-5, drop off open until 10PM
Monday February 21st - Family Day
Monday February, 21, 2022 is a STAT holiday there will be no testing done at the Animal Health Laboratory.
Specimen Reception at the Animal Health Laboratory - Guelph location will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for receiving specimens and for out-of-hours emergency necropsies only (call first).
The Animal Health Laboratory Kemptville will be closed.

Serum amyloid A (SAA) - Test is currently unavailable at AHL
The Serum amyloid A (SAA) - photometric test is currently unavailable. The AHL can subcontract the test out to Cornell AHDC. TAT and prices are affected, please contact ahlinfo@uoguelph.ca for more information.
