Digital technology is ever present in our workplace today and employees increasingly need the appropriate set of digital skills to meet changing demands. Canada has joined a long list of countries that have developed a digital skills capability framework that includes four areas: 1) use of digital systems and tools, 2) use of software applications, 3) application of security measures in a digital environment, and 3) processing digital information.
