This workshop's foundation is Prosci’s Leading Your Team Through Change Workshop. This workshop aims to create transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in change.
Team Leaders will learn through a series of activities how to prepare themselves for change and how to lead their team through change by embodying each of Prosci’s CLARC roles.
Each CLARC role impacts one or more elements in the ADKAR model, helping to move impacted employees from a current state through a transition state into the desired future state and realizing project and organizational benefits. At the end of this one-day experience, participants will be able to:
- Understand foundational change concepts.
- Understand Best Practice Research data.
- Apply the Prosci ADKAR Model to facilitate individual change.
- Understand how to lead their team through change by embodying the CLARC roles (Communicator, Liaison, Advocate, Resistance Manager, and Coach).
This program is designed to activate the People Manager role within our change management practice.
This workshop is offered to registrants at no cost. The CIO’s Program Management Office (PMO) will cover Prosci's fee for each registrant, which is $285 per participant for the Prosci workshop participant workbook and materials. There is a maximum of 15 participants.
Online registrants must pick up their material package on the Guelph Campus before the workshop date. Information will be sent to the registrants closer to the workshop date.
A light lunch will be provided to those who attend in person.
