December 5, 2024 - OPSEU Negotiations

The Collective Agreement for OPSEU Local 231, the Union representing the University's eleven Special Constables in the Campus Safety Office, expired on April 30, 2024. The University and the Union are actively engaged in bargaining, and a further update will be provide once an agreement is reached.

November 27, 2024 - OSSTF/TARA and University of Guelph, Ratify Renewal Collective Agreement

The collective agreement for OSSTF/TARA, the Union representing approximately 220 Technical/Administrative and Research/Agricultural staff at the University, was ratified on November 27, 2024.

October 17, 2024 - OSSTF/TARA Negotiations

The Collective Agreement for OSSTF/TARA, expired on April 30, 2024. The University and the Union are actively engaged in bargaining, and a further update will be provide once an agreement is reached.

October 16, 2024 - Unifor and University of Guelph, Ratify Renewal Collective Agreement

The collective agreement for Unifor Local 2003E, the Union representing the University's ten Operating Engineers and those engaged as their helpers in the Central Utilities Plant, was ratified on October 16, 2024.
