Our university-wide programs provide research-based processes, practices and resources to guide the day-to-day decisions and actions that promote our success! Learning & Development is continuously exploring new opportunities to build human-centered approaches to how we work at the university to ensure well-being and success of our people and the university overall.

U of G’s workplace health promotion initiative supports the well-being of the whole person for all staff and faculty through a person-in-environment approach. This includes providing employees with supports, programming, and resources to meet their individual health and wellness needs, while also supporting organizational changes to advance the long-term sustainability of a healthy workplace.
