Bill Vastis ‘97 has established this award to support players on the Gryphon Football team. As a football alumnus Bill found his experience at the University of Guelph to be transformative and wanted to give back to future members of the program. Selection is based on demonstrated athletic excellence and strong leadership skills. The Head Coach will nominate students to the Athletic Awards Committee. No application is necessary.
Entering student-athletes who are members of the Gryphon Football team or current members of the Gryphon Football team who have achieved a minimum 70% average or equivalent in the previous academic year as a student-athlete.
