The family, friends, and colleagues of beloved Andrea McGowen established this award in her memory in 2024, to honor her leadership and contributions to the real estate industry. Andrea was pragmatic, genuine, sharp – a true force in her family, industry and community. She was a champion of women in business and for over 25 years, her career path remained steadfastly aligned with her passion for retail real estate—from leasing and marketing to property management. This award aims to celebrate and support a promising student entering the Real Estate program at the Lang School of Business and Economics. Selection will be based on the highest admission average.
