Established, by the estate of Mrs. R. Harcourt in memory of the late Dr. Robert Harcourt. Selection will be based on highest cumulative averages for those entering year 3 and year 4. One scholarship will be awarded to year 3 entering students and one to year 4 entering students. Application is not required.
Students entering year 3 having completed 9.0 credits and year 4 having completed 14.0 credits in a program offered by the School of Environmental Sciences.
