The former Family and Consumer Studies Student Administrative Council (FACS SAC) established this scholarship in memory of Professor Gerhard Scherf, a former faculty member in the Department of Consumer Studies. Apply by May 15 to the Department of Marketing and Consumer Studies at mcsaward@uoguelph.ca with a statement (maximum 500 words) outlining contributions made to your program, department, or college through extracurricular or work activities. Selection will be based on outstanding contributions to the student’s program, department, or college based on extracurricular or work activities and academic excellence.
Students registered in the B.Comm. program majoring in Marketing Management, Real Estate, or Hospitality and Tourism Management who have completed a minimum of 10.0 credits and who have made contributions to their program, department, or college through extracurricular or work activities.
