Student registered in a major offered by the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management who has completed at least 15.00 credits (normally in the eighth semester) with a minimum 70% cumulative average and who shows enthusiasm for the foodservice industry. The recipient must have demonstrated leadership ability by holding an executive position on a student organization of the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management .
